30 minute Reiki- Laying on of Hands Session combined with 1 hour of Spiritual Direction. In the beginning, reiki allows you to enter into a calm place to better hear from God. Offered at the end, the thoughts and conversation moves from the mind to the heart and into the rest of the body.
